Each brightly painted product produced by Lumela Afrika is hand drawn and painted making each piece unique in its own right. Established in 1995 it is a job creation project focusing on the employment of single mothers from the local townships of Sharpville, Sebokeng and Orange Farm. It is essentially about empowerment and upliftment. Part of the proceeds from Lumela Africa goes towards supporting homes for abandoned, abused children and aids orphans. Lumela Afrika says thank-you for making this possible.
